## 如何分享攝影機

臨時想分享攝影機串流給朋友？使用「分享」功能設定多權限管理，依照您希望的方式分享。

**權限類別**

1. 基本功能：可看到攝影機即時串流
2. 即時控制：能使用攝影機對話功能
3. 雲端紀錄：能夠觀看與下載雲端錄影檔案

## 如何分享電子鎖 / 電控鎖 / 卡機

#### 按 > 進入通行列表，進入新增「帳戶許可」頁面

※ 即使分享最高權限，僅能使用密碼許可 / 卡片許可 (僅有卡機支援)，帳戶許可與遠距發卡 (僅有卡機支援) 只有設備擁有者才可使用。

## 更改帳號密碼

請到 App 的設定頁面，到變更密碼頁面，輸入舊密碼跟新密碼後完成。

## 忘記帳號密碼

請登入至網頁（service.skywatch24.com）或使用 App，點選忘記密碼，輸入您的帳號（您註冊的電子信箱），系統確認無誤後， 會用 Email 寄送密碼重置的說明。

## 刪除 Skywatch 帳號

**iOS用戶 可於（5.88版本以上） 刪除Skywatch 帳號。**

### **刪除帳號前，下列是您必須知道的重要事項**

於提交刪除帳號的 7 個工作天後，您的帳號將永久被刪除。 您將無法還原任何與這個帳號相關的所有資料，包括但不限於：

• 帳號資料與個人設定。&#x20;

• 使用紀錄。&#x20;

• 設備分享 。&#x20;

• 事件錄影影片檔。

• 雲端錄影影片檔。&#x20;

• 終止雲端錄影的使用（須重新註冊帳號與購買，無法退款） 。&#x20;

### 如何申請刪除帳號

1. 登入 Skywatch View&#x20;
2. 進入設定頁面
3. 按下「刪除帳號」

### **如何取消刪除帳號**&#x20;

你可以於提交刪除帳號的 7 個工作天內，前往 Skywatch 系統（網頁版/iOS/Android 皆可） 重新登入該組帳號，即可恢復使用，我們將不會刪除您的帳號與相關資料，誠摯希望您讓我們有重新為您服務的機會！
